Mr. KISHORE MANGALVEDHE, Chief Mentor

Kishore has a successful track record of over 30 years in Leadership & Managerial capacities. His experience spans different organisations across multiple products & geographies with unique operating cultures and distinctly different business models. He has rich experience in Micro and Rural banking, Retail/Consumer Finance, Corporate & Construction Equipment Finance, Distribution of Financial products, Surveillance and Branch administration.

During his corporate career, his longest stint was with L&T Finance for over 16 years and his last assignment was Group Head for Microfinance. Earlier assignments were with IL&FS, Alpic, Nagarjuna and Bharat Forge groups.

His basic degree is B.Sc (Maths) from Bangalore University and he has many Management diplomas in subjects like Behavioural Sciences, Marketing Management, International Marketing and Alternative Dispute Resolution. He has studied in IISc, Bangalore, Maastricht School of Management, The Netherlands, Osmania University and NALSAR. He has undergone specialised trainings including Strategy Management in Sweden.

He is a postgraduate in Management with HR Specialization, Graduate of Law and other certificates to his credit .He  holds a Certificate in International Training and Assessment Course (ITAC) Jointly conducted by NSDC (Government of India) and Government of Australia. He is also certified Master Trainer and Master Assessor (Platform Skills) by MEPSC and National Skill Development Corporation, India. He is Master Trainer for Train the Trainers (TOT) & Training of  Assessors Programs for various sector Skill Councils..

He worked in different reputed industries as Head- HR. Some of the Industries are Krishna Maruti Limited ( A Maruti Udyog Limited Joint Venture), Stumpp,Schuele & Somappa Pvt. Ltd, Kemwell India Ltd, Firepro Systems Private Limited, Jansper Consulting Group, Cuthberts Group of Companies, Tenkun Consulting Associates.
