The Process we follow during waterproofing

Clearing the Terrace with all the unwanted stuff, shifting the pots (if any) to the allocated locations and removing and sweeping away all the dust on the terrace. Thoroughly cleaning the entire terrace area using steel wired brush

Also clean the terrace using a high pressure water jet machine for removing the dirt, loose particles, oil, grease and algae to disappear. Also to use diluted acid with water for cleaning if required. To allow the terrace/surface to dry completely

All the visible cracks on the terrace to be wide opened using a cutting machine and filling the widened cracks with crack filler. The product used here is Zydex make Seal-it or equivalent, which is Acrylic Sealant with Low Shrinkage and Excellent Elongation. To allow the terrace/surface to dry completely and Sand the surface to remove all undulations and bring it to a smooth level

All the visible uneven surfaces and potholes on the terrace to be filled with Roff Cement mixed with chemical. The product used here is Pidilite make Polymer modified adhesive mixed with Zydex make Zycoprime or equivalent, which is Acrylic Sealer and Bonder. To allow the terrace/surface to dry completely and Sand the surface to remove all undulations and bring it to a smooth level

After the surface preparation is done apply Nano technology based penetrative waterproofing using Zydex make Zycosil which is a Organosilane based reactive waterproofing technology mixed with water and Zycoprime which is Acrylic Sealer and Bonder or equivalent Zorrofix Zorrocrete 010 AP which is 100% Acrylic Modifier in the ratio of 1:20:2. This solution penetrates like water into the most inaccessible micro cracks, nano capillaries and honeycombs and makes it seepage proof upon drying. To allow the terrace/surface to dry completely

On the above coat after drying completely apply another coat using a brush a stretchable crack binding membrane. The product used is Zydex make Elastobar which is a high performance acrylic based waterproofing elastomeric membrane which is mixed with Roff cement and water to get brushable consistency. This is applied on the surface/terrace with brush. To allow the terrace/surface to dry completely

On the above coat after drying completely apply another coat using a roller Zydex make Premium Primer Pro which has High peel off resistance, High opacity and whiteness, strong adhesion
